Session Options

Free Initial Consultation for All Services

I'm always happy to have a general discussion about your needs and address any questions you may have. Schedule your 20-minute consult here.

Relationship, Intimacy, and Sex Therapy

I recommend starting relationship therapy with an intake session for 110 minutes, and a 50-minute individual session with each of you. After the intake process, ongoing sessions are usually 80 minutes. Typically, we will meet weekly or every other week. The length and duration of therapy vary depending on you. Some people prefer shorter-term therapy relationships to achieve their goals within a 4-6 months, and some consider therapy as an ongoing process.

Clinical Supervision for LMFT, LMHC, and LiCSW

I provide a nurturing environment where your skills can flourish and let your confidence soar. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, my tailored approach ensures your unique needs are met. Collaborate to gain invaluable insights, refine your techniques, and navigate challenges with clarity and assurance. Elevate your practice today with clinical supervision support.

Insurance & Payment

Insurance

At this time I do not bill insurance, but I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance agency for out-of-network coverage. Please discuss with your insurance company. Note that relationship therapy is not always covered by insurance.

Payment

I prefer payment with a credit card via SimplePractice Client Portal.

Pets

The trio shot features top to bottom: Roly, our Pomeranian/Chihuahua ~11 yo rescue who in true Chihuahua fashion is getting grumpier as he ages, Avie, our 4yo Pomadoodle who as a service dog usually attends sessions with me, and Tyto, our pure black cat who found me while camping last summer. In the other photo is Lena, our Calico cat who dislikes everyone so had to have her own separate photo.

Why Wingdance?

Being named for a bird, I have been captivated by all winged beings for all of my life. Birds, especially raptors; most bugs (ugh palmetto bugs); butterflies (moths are a bit creepy); angels and fairies… I love them all. Some of my earliest memories include enviously watching seagulls soar in the winds over the Puget Sound.

If wings cannot literally lift me, dancing does. I have participated in partner and freestyle dancing since my youngest days standing on my father’s feet. Music and movement are a large part of my life and lift my spirit.
